Aluminum construction. Bench mounted (not provided).

Adjustable core hold down guide.

Blade mounted in a holder for blade alignment and cutting squareness. Easy change.

Adjustable extendable core stop with scale.
DC Drive, 1/2 HP motor.

Operation is this easy...

1. Lift the cutter arm and load the core to be cut onto drive wheels.
2. Make sure the blade extension is sufficient for the wall thickness to be cut. 3. Set the core stop to the length desired. A quick clamp and scale make this easy.
4. If necessary, adjust the handle pull pressure to avoid excessive or low clamping force on the core. Moving a simple spring pin is all that is required.
5. Adjust the kick guide to the core outside diameter with the simple thumb wheel.
6. Bring the handle down so the blade lightly contacts the core then push the start button with your other hand.
7. Continue gentle pressure until the core is severed.
8. Lift the handle, slide the core to the stop, and repeat as necessary.

Note: For cutting or recycling a damaged core, simply cut around the bad spot.
